Mr. Levent Ozyurt is a former prosecutor with 30 years of experience and has prosecuted many high-profile cases. After his retirement, he joined our law firm as the criminal law team leader and started to lead the team. As an experienced prosecutor and trial lawyer, he knows all possible defenses. Bircesu Mert Kaya has a strong track record in initial public offerings (IPOs) and bond issuance. He assists companies during their initial public offerings and also performs processes of mandatory tender offers.
Bircesu Mert Kaya has advised many clients on takeover bids, plans of arrangement, spin-off agreements, management buy-outs, going private transactions, and all other forms of corporate mergers.
